10 Days Online Breath – Meditation Workshop

10 Days Online Breath - Meditation Workshop

Meditation is within you. Don’t chase it in mountain, cave or at the bank of river. Breath connects you with your own inner world. You just need to connect it with your awareness. This is the essence of 10 days online breath-meditation course. Breath is spontaneous. Focusing on breath is simple and effortless way to stop fluctuation in mind. Tame your weird thoughts by breath-control. When you focus on breath, mind forgets everything and longs for a free-ride on flowing breath. Soon, mind and breath disappears, and there remains only meditation.

Light asanas remove physical blockages and help you for long-sitting. Breath- awareness brings serenity in breath, and helps in expansion of consciousness. For meditation, you have to sit motionless for an extended period. The whole focus of mind remains on spontaneous breath in the beginning. It cultivates attention, must for concentration and meditation.

Yogi Simant is a founder of Spirit Yoga Foundation and spiritual orator with inimitable style. He speaks directly from his heart on yoga, meditation and spirituality and its relevance in contemporary context. Since his childhood, he was introvert and contemplative. He realised the futility of material world, and searched far and wide to meet reclusive sage who could satisfy his spiritual thirst and accept him as a disciple.

Vision & Philosophy

He believes that yoga exists in different aspect of life. You don’t need to explore it in remote and inaccessible regions of higher-altitudes. Whether you are doing your work whole-heartedly, loving someone unconditionally, turning stubborn to cherish your dream —all are various forms of the same yoga.

“Yoga and nature are complementary to each other” – Yogi Simant
